PRISM Quartet in NYC for Two Concerts in January

PRISM performs Julia Wolfe’s “Cha” on the New Works concert at Chamber Music America’s National Conference on Friday, January 8th, 2016 at 8 PM at the DiMenna Center for Classical Music located at 450 W 37th St, New York, NY 10018. On January 23, 2016 at 7:30 PM, PRISM joins Maestro Donald Nally and The Crossing (choir) at St. Paul’s Chapel of Trinity Church, Wall Street in NYC for a CD release concert celebrating the world premiere recording of Gavin Bryars’ “The Fifth Century” on ECM. Also on the program: Bryars’ Two Love Songs for women and Estonian composer Tõnu Kõrvits’ Hymns from the Western Coast.  More info and tickets are available here.
